CUSTOMER SPOTLIGHT: MRS. LAJUAN HUNTER

Mrs. Hunter has been an Academy Ford loyal customer since 2003 when her credit union recommended Academy Ford.  She came into check it out and ended up purchasing a 2003 Ford Focus.    Since then she has returned to Academy Ford for all of her regular maintenance needs.   While there may be multiple options for her between her home in Lanham and the dealership, she always chooses Academy Ford.  She says she comes for the, “…great customer service and nice treatment that I’ve received.  But, it doesn’t stop there even the not so friendly customers that I’ve seen come into the service department get the same treatment.  The service team is just so helpful and friendly.”  Recently, as her car has aged and racked on the mileage the service department had been advising her to purchase a new car and she decided to take their advice after having car trouble on the way to work Monday morning. 

She knew just where to come to buy, right back to Academy Ford.  She says she was greeted by the wonderful management team here and they introduced her to Brent Cleveland, her salesperson.  “There is such a family feeling here. I know that I am being well taken care of by people I trust,” she says.  “Mr. Cleveland has the best customer service.  He has helped me find just what I wanted.” While she mentioned she would miss her 2003 Ford Focus, she is looking forward to all of the new features in the updated model, especially the sun roof.  

We wanted to take a moment and thank Mrs. Hunter for being such a wonderful, loyal customer.
